Return & Refund Policy

If you dislike what you ordered we can process a return within 30 days of your initial order and provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return. Once your order has been returned to our warehouse your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

All items purchased with a discount code or marked final sale CANNOT be returned or refunded.

Order Delivery Times

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Standard delivery can take up to 7 business days once shipped. We ship most orders with USPS. You should receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If you haven't received your tracking after 7 business days or if your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks of ordering, please contact Michelle: michelle@255studiofvchsia.com and we will help track down your order.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Currently we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
